These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LesyaLove Asians LLC ("LesyaLove," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LesyaLove website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LesyaLove Asians, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete your account. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LesyaLove Asians. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction
• You have not been previously removed, suspended, or banned from the Service
• You do not have any felony convictions or convictions for sex crimes, violent crimes, or crimes involving fraud
• You are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction
• You are not currently married or in a domestic partnership, unless legally separated

We reserve the right to request verification of your age or identity at any time. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate information: Provide truthful, current, and complete information in your profile, including your name, age, photographs, and relationship intentions
• One account per person: You may not create or maintain more than one active account at any time

LesyaLove is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

LesyaLove is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without refund:

• Harassment and bullying: Threatening, intimidating, stalking, or repeatedly contacting another user after they have expressed disinterest
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Creating fake profiles, impersonating another person, or providing false information about your identity, age, or intentions
• Hate speech and discrimination: Language or conduct that attacks individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Spam and solicitation: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, promoting external products or services, or using the platform for advertising purposes
• Financial exploitation: Requesting money, gifts, or financial assistance from other users under any circumstances
• Sexually explicit or harmful content: Sharing pornographic, obscene, or sexually exploitative material
• Illegal activity: Using the Service to facilitate any unlawful conduct, including but not limited to human trafficking, prostitution, or drug-related activity
• Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, collect data from, or interact with the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements - is the property of LesyaLove Asians LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By uploading photos, text, or other content to your profile, you grant LesyaLove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting it from your profile or closing your account.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

LesyaLove does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profiles, content, or information provided by other users. We are not responsible for:

• The behavior, actions, or statements of any user, whether on or off the platform
• The accuracy of information contained in user profiles
• Any damages resulting from interactions between users
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LesyaLove during the twenty-four (24) months preceding the date of the claim. In no event shall LesyaLove be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely by mutual agreement.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against LesyaLove. This waiver applies to all claims, whether in arbitration or in court.

7.4 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within thirty (30) days.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. LesyaLove reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or community guidelines.

Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) we may delete your profile, messages, and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (c) no refunds will be issued for unused premium features or credits unless required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

LesyaLove reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, sending notice via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
